Adel Akrout is currently the Chief Technical Officer of Orange Tunisia, a position he has held since 2017, and also serves as Chief Climate Officer since 2020, committed to the energy transition in the country.

As an alumnus of Telecom Paris and l’X (Ecole Polytechnique), he started his career with France Télécom Mobile and Nokia Networks, working in France and Morocco. He contributed to the launch of Tunisia’s second mobile operator in 2002, where he held senior roles for over 14 years, overseeing network planning, rollout, and B2B services.
